As of August 19, 2011, the Texas Department of Insurance has moved its main website address to www.tdi.texas.gov. The old address, www.tdi.state.tx.us, will continue during a transition period.

The change is part of a planned update of all state agency websites to the new texas.gov web address format. Not all agencies have moved to the new format as yet.
